I've been wearing period underwear exclusively for the past 2 years or so and these have held up great even after a few washes. The material is very soft and smooth against the skin and seamless under clothes. The design doesn't make you feel like you're wearing a diaper although the absorbant part does not extend up the back or front very far so I'm not sure how these would hold up for heavier flow days or overnight. I usually wear it on lighter days of my period.

I wear it outside my normal short and pads, as an extra protection. I used to have a big towel on the sheet on heavy nights. Even that is not enough sometimes. With this brief I can sleep better knowing that it's leak proof and washing is very easy too. Totally recommend!
