We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Note: Due to hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returns on briefs. The hygienic liner must be attached on swimsuits for a full refund. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Returns: If you received NEIWAI as a gift and didn’t end up loving it, you can return your products for store credit. To start a gift return, have the original order number and gifter's email address and go to our return portal. Send us an email if you'd like some recommendations on how to put your store credit to good use.

Once our warehouse has inspected your return, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed and issued back to your original form of payment.

To ensure that your return is properly processed and refunded, please send back only the items associated with that return label. If you decide to return additional items (whether from the same or a different order), please start a new return request.
