How do I earn and redeem points?

You earn 1 point for every dollar spent online, or by completing other actions, such as leaving a review or following us on social media. Shipping fees and taxes do not count towards earning points.

To redeem rewards, log into your NEIWAI Collective account, visit the ‘Redeem Rewards’ section of the NEIWAI Collective page, and select Redeem against available rewards. You will also have the option to redeem rewards during checkout.

Do my previous purchases count towards VIP status and loyalty points?

Purchases from January 2024 onwards will count towards points accruals and the annual spend requirements for VIP tier eligibility.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points will expire after 1 year of inactivity.

Do coupons expire?

Yes, coupons redeemed using loyalty points expire in 90 days. If you redeem a coupon and it expires before you use the coupon, the points will not be returned to your account.

Will my VIP tier status expire?

To maintain your VIP tier status, you'll need to meet the spending requirement on a 12-month rolling basis. For example, if you reach the Elite tier on January 1, 2025, you have until January 1, 2026 to meet the annual spend requirement of $400 to maintain Elite tier status. Keep an eye on your spending to stay in your tier and enjoy all the perks!

If I return or cancel an order, will I receive any redeemed points back to my account?

Points that have been redeemed are final and cannot be added back into your account. Points redeemed for product rewards are also final and cannot be returned to your account.

What if I have several email accounts? Can I merge the emails into a single Loyalty account?

No, we are unable to merge email accounts into one single loyalty account. Please ensure that you are using the same account to place all of your future orders.

I don't see the points from my recent purchase in my account. Where are they?

Points will appear in your account 30 days after your purchase.

Can I use points on a previous purchase?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply your points to a prior purchase.

Can I redeem loyalty points in-store?

No. Loyalty points can only be redeemed through online purchases.

Can I combine my points redemptions with other offers?

Unless otherwise stated, rewards from redeemed points can be combined with other offers.
