Tariff for Oversea Warehouse Products

Previously, we communicated that we would be removing overseas merchandise from our website. After thoughtful consideration and listening to your feedback, we’ve decided to continue offering a selection of our overseas items online—because we understand how much you value access to the full NEIWAI experience.

 

Starting April 25, due to recent changes in tariffs and import regulations, select items shipped from our overseas warehouse will incur an additional shipping fee at checkout. This fee includes the applicable tariff amount required by new regulations. While we’ve worked hard to minimize this impact, this adjustment is necessary to remain in compliance. Customs clearance may take longer than usual due to stricter inspection processes, which could result in extended delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
