I don't really use it solely as a period panty but as an added protection with a cup. But I love how comfortable and well hugging it is. Highly recommend for those bloated days. I got a size M when I usually wear size 6 in American Eagle jeans.

These are comfy and fit well. I haven't worn them during my period yet, but they seem to have great absorbency.
I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because of the packaging. My one pair of underwear was in its own double layer box and that box was in a shoe-sized box wrapped in packaging and thoroughly taped. Far too much packaging for such a small item.

The padded portion is just on the bottom part of the underwear. I find myself using this before my cycle starts on the spotting days or towards the end of my cycle. It's comfortable and provides protection on days I rather not waste a product on.
