We are looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in San Francisco. In this role you will be part of a newly expanded team within the company. In a general review, you will support our management team and are responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining the overall company's email marketing strategy. THE JOB
• Develop contact strategies: strategically contact consumers, reaching out to specific subjects based on company’s targeted audience.
• Identify best practices in email marketing and email calendars based on effective campaign timing.
• Design contact methods that not only target the appropriate consumers but also develop audience for retention.
• Implement email marketing campaigns and oversee all aspects of the campaigns from design to writing to marketing to technical development. Ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company’s overall strategy, branding, marketing and sales goals. Ensure that all campaigns are accessible and functional on both desktop and mobile devices.
• Manage email lists for the campaigns and create an ongoing schedule of content. Identify and address any technical issues with the campaign in conjunction with IT department. Monitor performance and make adjustments accordingly.
• Identify key messages by generating and analyzing data from the campaigns. Use the appropriate assessment tools to better optimize future email marketing campaigns.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree or above, 2+ years of related experience in email marketing;
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, especially in Email marketing analytics
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Nice to have: Experience in A/B testing

As a Data Scientist at NEIWAI, you’ll have the potential to have a direct impact on key strategic product decisions. You will be a strong data partner to our product managers and engineers.
We want to take a scientific approach to our decisions via hypothesis creation, testing, and analysis. Your recommendations and insights will directly impact the future products we build. You will be responsible for running multiple experiments, power analysis, and modeling efforts to improve our customer journeys. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, self-motivated, detail oriented and can easily help others understand complicated data.

Bring a thoughtful, scientific approach to our hypothesis generation and experimental analysis.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and measure the effectiveness of A|B tests. Interpret and communicate results and insights with multiple teams.
