Urban Sport Casual Flared Pants

I have bought quite a few items from Neiwai and I have been pretty happy with the quality of their stuff. I purchased the flared plants in white, but the one i got had a minor yellow stain. it is,frankly speaking, not that noticeable, and i probably would have let it go if I bought it for myself. But because i bought this as part of a set for my in law, i immediately emailed customer service with a picture. Within two days, they responded quickly and offered to send a replacement right away without even asking for more details. For a company that is located outside of US, I am really impressed with their fast customer service and their willingness to solve it at their costs. It took a while for me to get the new pair (and it was in perfect condition), but I am really glad that the company solved it asap. the pants look great, perfect amount of fabric that is not see through for the white color (you can however see the pocket area a bit but that does not bother my in law). the fabric is soft and elastic and has just enough "weight" so it not look like a cheap swatpants that is easy to wrinkle. My inlaw is very happy.
